UPDATE - THE REPRESENTATIVE VISITS AND LETTERS

So far, we have had one visit by a group of TI's to a representatives' office about our issues (southern California) and there are a couple other groups in the process of organizing. For best results, those considering going to their representatives' office should make an appointment to speak with someone there and give them our information. If a meeting cannot be arranged, then we should at least present the material to them at their office in person.

What we are asking of them to send a letter requesting a congressional hearing to the Senate Judiciary Committee. This is the committee that our attorney wrote to requesting a hearing and inquiry regarding our issues as well The three letters we want to carry to hand to them are: 1) the letter from our attorney 2) Jim Guest's letter 3) our group letter in support of the attorney's letter. Plus, whatever other supporting documents that we wish to add, including a brief personal account of your harassment.

We would also like as many signatures as we can to support our group letter. So far we have about 100. If we could gather about 100 or so more, we'd be in a better position to let legislators know the scope of the problem. This event, which is being held July 12, is for the many thousands that have become and are becoming aware that our government has been hijacked by satanists, nazis, and the secret societies that are systematically pulling our nation down to ruin. Many of these controlling groups are the same ones that are attacking us. Considering the current state of affairs, our nation is rapidly coming to an important crossroad. What will happen will depend upon if enough Americans are awakened to what's going on and will stand against it. This march is possibly the beginning of this process. INTERESTING CASE OF ORGANIZED TELEPHONE STALKING

I'm not sure what morning show this is, but if verifiable, this would be a very important case of organized telephone stalking, with stalkers who apparently have the ability to see inside the home and report to the occupants what they are wearing, what they are doing, etc. all via a cellphone, which the stalkers have remotely commandeered so that it will even turn back on when the owners try to shut it off. Some of what they speak of is a LOT like what many of us endure on a regular basis, and the victims, like many of us have no idea who is doing this to them, which produces skeptics, including the expert the show brought in to explain how this happens. It's an interesting video for our community to view.

LAST SATURDAY'S PODCAST

First of all, apologies to all those that called in last week and couldn't speak. I was wondering why it such a quiet call, but a number of people had been left out of the conversation for a while. What happened was, due to some complaints from callers about intruders into podcasts writing profane messages, Talkshoe has installed a number of new safeguards in response. From now on, unregistered guests will be not be able to speak or chat upon entering the room until unmuted by the host. So it may be advantageous for you to register to avoid this limitation. I realized this was happening about mid-call last week and had to constantly check and unmute people as they arrived. I hope this resolves any issues, if not let me know right away by phone or email. JIM GUEST & LOUISE

I received a call from Louise, Jim Guest's chief of staff who's saying they are receiving a barrage of calls from TI's - 108 this week! - some of whom have been demanding and belligerent. Although they would like to continue to help us and they will, she would like to relay to the TI community that Jim Guest's role is legislative. They cannot speak to our pyschologist or psychiatrist on anyone's behalf, nor can they come and pick people up or comply with the demands that some people are making upon them. I spoke to her my concern that some of these belligerent people may be operatives. At any rate, they are spending an inordinate amount of time dealing with TI's on the phone and hearing demands from them such as "You work for us!" and demanding they must help them. These are some of the reasons why we have been reluctant in the past to convey representative information when it materializes. She doesn't mind making referrals and is glad to help. However, the repeat callers are sapping a lot of their time and energy. For those that are posting the letter around the web, please also add that Representative Guest is a legislator. He is working to pass laws against what is happening to us and many other people. He cannot provide support services, but he can and will refer people to contact us for networking, support and advocacy.

CRISIS INTERVENTION COMMITTEE

During this past week we had to use the services of an impromptu committee of TI's to help with a situation that was stressful to someone well-known in this community. It then occurred to me that a regular group of people on an ongoing basis is needed particularly by this group because of the regularity in which we encounter emergency situations and there is noone for a TI to turn to for help. So I would like to assemble an on-call list of people willing to meet as a group and support, advise, refer, and provide assistance to a TI in distress. As you all realize, our problems tend to get complex with all the variables that we are dealing with, so several heads are usually better than one. FFCHS LETTER TO THE INTERNATIONAL PRESS

This is the text of a letter written by Joanne Carey and Sheila Epstein. It was sent out starting Thursday, April 23 and is an appeal to the international press for help with our issues:

Dear Editor:

We are a group of U.S. and international citizens who have come together because we are targets for the agencies/contractors/gangs that are developing and testing a newly-declassified grouping of supposedly "non-lethal” weapons, manufactured by 830 companies and corporations in 47 countries (Omega report to the European Parliament on banning Electromagnetic Weapons). Most of the weapons can be altered for lethal use and for purposes of torture, disablement, interrogation and coercive persuasion on the citizens of any country.

Some of the weapons in the Active Denial System (ADS) classification can produce a "skin on fire" effect and have, during testing on volunteers, resulted in second and third degree burns on persons caught in "wrong setting" or prolonged exposure to the beam, as demonstrated on The Discovery Channel and "60 Minutes", an American news show.

Additionally, other related weapons - lasers, LRAD, V2K, hypersonics, subvocals, and subliminals - can put loud, terrifying noises and voices INSIDE the skulls of non-consensual targets, many of whom are left traumatized, terrified, in shock, memory and brain-damaged after short, intense, or long-term (24/7) exposure to this "Thought Police", beyond "1984" method of "crowd control”.

Numerous reports of use during interrogations, "behavioral modification" and "dissident control" have left targets brain-washed, deemed "schizophrenic", and suffering from severe Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for the rest of their lives. Most governments will not admit to the existence of the weapons since they can be used at a "hands off" safe, anonymous distance by sadistic persons threatening all of our individual human rights. If we try to reveal the problem, many of us are harassed, tortured by electromagnetics and electronic voices, and referred to as mental cases. Therefore, the so-called research continues mainly because it is classified, thus protected under the National Security Act.

It is unthinkable that citizens of a democracy find it necessary to take their grievances to other countries. Sadly, we have been rendered invisible in our own country and need the help of world opinion to stop these human rights atrocities.

We implore you to pass laws recognizing these devices as "same as weapons used in the commission of crimes" and "assault with a deadly weapon" when used in murder, felonious assaults, and psyops attacks which leave victims without memory or mind; and in rapes and kidnappings, disabling hostages.

We implore each and every one of you to petition your governments to pass laws against the use of these weapons in your countries and to support at United Nations levels, laws banning the use of electromagnetic and radio-frequency weapons world-wide.

We also implore each of you to support laws banning non-consensual experimentation on individuals with these weapons by governments, private interests or "Militia" non-standard forces, in taking away our individual freedoms, religions, cultures and ways of Life. We ask that the weapons be banned and kept out of the hands of earth's criminal elements and individuals wishing to cause others grievous harm. We ask that the weapons be outlawed.

I've received one positive report from the attorney's letter to medical providers so far. Charles in Phoenix sent one to his medical group and received a sympathetic phone call in reply from the office. So remember to make good use of this letter and present it to your doctor as soon as possible because doctors can also be of help and have been known to free individuals who have been committed to mental institutions against their will.

SHIELDING INFORMATION FROM A TI IN THE COMMUNITY re: magnets
I am posting this shielding information from a TI anonymously for their safety.

**I am experimenting with magnets which have helped to some degree, I actually have been able to disable the suspect implants in some areas completely. It takes practice and pressure but it can be done for most. You will find relief when you try it, even temporarily. You must purchase only rare earth magnetics, very strong, and those with a pull ratio of over 500lbs. They make them in small round disc shapes which are about $3.00-6.00 for one. Those being "zapped" with RF to implant causing vibrations, tingling, electrical stings and jack hammer at the head will benefit from use. You will actually hear-hissing, popping in the areas the magnets are placed. You must use alot of pressure. One near my rib cage was pulsating so hard, when I used the magnet it popped loudly, and forced the magnet out of my hand. After that I have not had any more spine vibrations. The others are harder and suspect nasal is difficult to disengage, but I can alleviate and diffuse temporarily. They are all interconnected and focusing on the main which control the others is key.

They must be rare earth (Neodymium) and a good strength. There are cheaper alternatives, of lower magnetic quality but not enough to make a difference. Also, you must be aggressive and apply good pressure. You cannot just lay them on spots, or keep them on for 12, 24 48 hours as it is suggested in some literature. We are heavily implanted and they are hard at work activating them, so it will take some work, but it is possible. Careful with the magnetics of this type, they are strong and can really pinch/snap your fingers if you buy several - careful! I have found out my frontal sinus and forehead are definite hot spots, as are my ears (inner canal). I placed smaller disc magnets together (group of 4) and placed them in my ears like a plug, not all the way in, and it worked to block a lot of the signal reaching my ears, which causes a lot of the vibration sensations. My sinus implants are definitely the major devices as is the spot on top of my head and forehead. I feel it affecting the other areas so they are all interconnected.

If you are in a high WIFI area then the intensity is magnified. Here is the websites I have used to purchase these. It works. I have been able to disable only 2- one in the upper torso (controlled the spine tingling and one in the back part of my head). The other areas in my head, I havent had any luck yet, but I am trying. At the very least if you put it on your head and hold it in the spot most annoying it will definitely, dampen the discomfort. At least I have stopped the annoying spine vibrations.

The higher the milliguass strength the better. What happens is that any RF signal reaching these implants is affected by the magnetic dampener. These magnets are super strong and can actually erase hard drives on computers, effect TV signals, etc. I actually erased my hard drive on my IPOD and now have to get a new one. So the principal applies to these implants made of polymer and non -ferrous metals and can actually disengage the signal componant permanently. Remember you cannot be passive. You must apply force/pressure. You can even hear the "popping, sizzling" which sounds like static interference, much like a chanel not tuned into a radio station sounds. It alarmed me at first, but then I realized these rare earth magnets, have healing properties, because they are blocking the offending signals.

Also, I have very strong sheilding cloth, that a manufacturer cut for me. It helps to some degree to shield the area where I sleep (you cannot touch it with your skin and it does not have to be grounded). I can loan this out to [a] TI to help. I have also ordered this cap, which helps somewhat and is only $29.95- http://www.lessemf.com/catalog/67.pdf.It has copper threading in it, and helps. Also, it is costly but these units help. The Bio shield- I have two, I used 3-4 on loan and they worked tremendously to help ease the vibrations and electrical feel, however, I had to return the two on loan. Most homes would require at least 2 if the area is bad, which the torturers do use the highest EMR fields.

By now you're probably thinking gasoline priced at about $2.00 is super cheap. Me too! It is currently $2.98 for regular unleaded in my town.

Now that the oil companies and the OPEC nation s have conditioned us to think t hat the cost of a gallon of gas is CHEAP at $1.50 - $1.75, we need to take aggressive action to teach them that BUYERS control the marketplace..not sellers.

With the price of gasoline going up more each day, we consumers need to take action.
The only way we are going to see the price of gas come down is if we hit someone in the pocketbook by not purchasing their gas! And, we can do that WITHOUT hurting ourselves.

How?   Since we all rely on our cars, we can't just stop buying gas.

But we CAN have an impact on gas prices if we all act together to force a price war.

Here's the idea: For the rest of this year, DON'T purchase ANY gasoline from the two biggest companies (which now are one), EXXON and MOBIL.

If they are not selling any gas, they will be inclined t o reduce their prices.    If they reduce their prices, the other companies will have to follow suit.

But to have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of Exxon and Mobil gas buyers. It's really simple to do! Now, don't wimp out on me at this point...keep reading and I'll explain how simple it is to reach millions of people!!

I am sending this note to 30 people. If each of us send it to at least ten more (30 x 10 = 300) ... and those 300 send it to at least ten more (300 x 10 = 3,000)... and so on, by the time the message reaches the sixth group of people, we will have reach ed over THREE MILLION consumers .
If those three million get excited and pass this on to ten friends each, then 30 million people will have been contacted!

If it goes one level further, you guessed it..... THREE HUNDRED MILLION PEOPLE!!!
Again, all you have to do is send this to 10 people. That's all!

If you don't understand how we can reach 300 million and all you do is send this to 10 people.... Well, let's face it, you just aren't a mathematician. But I am so trust me on this one.

H. Michael Sweeney is an author, publisher, and consultant who specializes in crimes of the intelligence community and personal privacy and security. LETTERS FROM THE ATTORNEY

Here are a couple of letters sent from the attorney. The first one below, can be shown to your personal physician for his support in your treatment. Maybe he will be more open to discussing some treatment options and your targeting with you after reading this. I will be posting both of these letters, plus our organization's finalized letter to the senators, also included in this newsletter, at our website as soon as possible.

Letter I: For your Medical Provider(s):

Attached please find a letter that you may post on your website. It is for members to present to medical providers and is intended to lend credibility to reports of targeting. I know from experience that doctors resent lawyers infringing upon the practice of medicine. So, I have drafted the letter so that it merely seeks to increase doctors' awareness of the facts and legal background. I try not to step into the area of diagnosing symptoms or saying a doctor should consider such symptoms to always be the result of targeting. The hope is that a doctor will receive this and have something to weigh against the tendency to dismiss such claims as paranoia. The result may be that doctors will treat TIs better and also provide medical documentation that could help support the case.

Re: Letter explaining factual and legal background to medical providers

Dear Sir or Madam:

This law firm represents Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surveillance ("Freedom"), an organization with several hundred members around the country and internationally who have reason to believe they are targeted with various non-lethal weapons. Freedom is currently communicating with legislators in order to institute hearings and investigations of the numerous abuses of citizens.

The purpose of this letter is to inform medical providers of the factual and legal background behind many complaints of physical and psychological symptoms that patients relate to non-lethal weapons. It has come to our attention that medical providers often dismiss these allegations as unrealistic and false and attribute them to mental instability. It is difficult to legally prove targeting by psychotronic weapons when the perpetrators operate from remote, unseen locations and therefore the targeting can be dismissed as delusional. Given the wide scope of alleged targeting, there is a certain risk of sounding too conspiratorial, however, common denominators exist, such as similar physical and psychological claims, surveillance scenarios, and harassment techniques.

We strongly urge you to not summarily dismiss a patient’s claims of being targeted with non-lethal, directed energy weapons for the following reasons:

Evidence supports the conclusion that weapons exist that could be used against individuals, based on U.S. Patent and Trademark Office filings, public releases by agencies, and other technologies that indicate the level of technological sophistication. The weapons are believed to be based on electromagnetism, microwaves, sonic waves, lasers and other types of directed energy, and were characterized as "psychotronic" in Rep. Dennis Kucinich’s draft of House Resolution 2977, the Space Preservation Act of 2001.

Furthermore, it is undeniable that government agencies have tested citizens without permission in the past; for example, the CIA’s human experimentation discussed in Orlikow v. U.S., 682 F.Supp. 77 (D.D.C. 1988), secretly administered lysergic acid diethylamide discussed in United States v. Stanley, 483 U.S. 669 (1987), and military chemical experimentation as discussed in Congressional Committee Report 103-97, 103d Congress, 2d Session, S. Prt. 103-97 (Dec. 8, 1994).

Lastly, the sheer numbers of people complaining of being targeted, including people with post-graduate degrees and a lifetime of achievements, and the similarities in symptoms, tend to outweigh a dismissive response based on charges of anecdotal evidence or group paranoia.

Therefore, we urge you to at least consider the possibility of symptoms resulting from radiation, electromagnetism, sonic energy, other unusual types of energy, as well as psychological symptoms resulting from intentional harassment.

Colorado Rule of Professional Conduct 1.13. Organization As Client

RULE 1.13. ORGANIZATION AS CLIENT

(a) A lawyer employed or retained by an organization represents the organization acting through its duly authorized constituents.
(b) If a lawyer for an organization knows that an officer, employee or other person associated with the organization is engaged in action, intends to act or refuses to act in a matter related to the representation that is a violation of a legal obligation to the organization, or a violation of law that reasonably might be imputed to the organization, and is likely to result in substantial injury to the organization, the lawyer shall proceed as is reasonably necessary in the best interest of the organization. Unless the lawyer reasonably believes that it is not necessary in the best interest of the organization to do so, the lawyer shall refer the matter to higher authority in the organization, including, if warranted by the circumstances, to the highest authority that can act on behalf of the organization as determined by applicable law.
(c) Except as provided in paragraph (d), if

(1) despite the lawyer’s efforts in accordance with paragraph (b) the highest authority that can act on behalf of the organization insists upon or fails to address in a timely and appropriate manner an action, or a refusal to act, that is clearly a violation of law, and

(2) the lawyer reasonably believes that the violation is reasonably certain to result in substantial injury to the organization, then the lawyer may reveal information relating to the representation whether or not Rule 1.6 permits such disclosure, but only if and to the extent the lawyer reasonably believes necessary to prevent substantial injury to the organization.
(d) Paragraph (c) shall not apply with respect to the information relating to a lawyer’s representation of an organization to investigate an alleged violation of law, or to defend the organization or an officer, employee or other constituent associated with the organization against a claim arising out of an alleged violation of law.
(e) A lawyer who reasonably believes that he or she has been discharged because of the lawyer’s actions taken pursuant to paragraph (b) or (c), or who withdraws under circumstances that require or permit the lawyer to take action under either of those paragraphs, shall proceed as the lawyer reasonably believes necessary to assure that the organization’s highest authority is informed of the lawyer’s discharge or withdrawal.
(f) In dealing with an organization’s directors, officers, employees, members, shareholders or other constituents, a lawyer shall explain the identity of the client when the lawyer knows or reasonably should know that the organization’s interests are adverse to those of the constituents with whom the lawyer is dealing.
(g) A lawyer representing an organization may also represent any of its directors, officers, employees, members, shareholders or other constituents, subject to the provisions of Rule 1.7. If the organization’s consent to the dual representation is required by Rule 1.7, the consent shall be given by an appropriate official of the organization other than the individual who is to be represented, or by the shareholders.
